D&T’s Energy & Project Practice group boasts of broad experience in upstream oil and gas transactions. We have worked for companies in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry and acted for major exploration and production companies, service Company and those involved in marginal fields activities.

We also possess hands – on knowledge in the area of negotiation of offshore fabrication contacts. The lawyers in our Energy and Projects group have significant experience advising the largest global conglomerates in this field as they navigate complex projects.
